Kathleen O’Shea is a Director, Impact Investments at Social Finance. Kathleen leads partnerships with foundations, DAF sponsors, and other institutions to design, launch and manage impact-first investment portfolios.
Before joining Social Finance, Kathleen worked on the research and advisory team at the Initiative for a Competitive Inner City, a national nonprofit focused on driving economic development in distressed urban areas. As a senior associate, she conducted qualitative and quantitative research on inclusive economic growth strategies and led evaluations of entrepreneurial support programs across the U.S.
Kathleen holds an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University, where she was co-chair of the CASE i3 Impact Investing Initiative, and B.A. in History from Boston College.
