Rachel Levy

Rachel Levy is a director at Social Finance, supporting the social investment and advisory services teams.  Rachel leads criminal justice and workforce development projects for the firm, managing the design and implementation of outcomes-based financing models including social impact bonds, outcomes rate cards, and performance-based contracts. She also leads the internal criminal justice team.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Rachel spent two years on the national staff at Teach For America.  As a manager of constituent strategy & insights, she conducted qualitative and quantitative research projects focused on donors and school principals to understand attitudes about and perceptions of the organization and recommended strategies to improve engagement.  She also worked as a manager, strategy on the growth, development & partnerships team, helping to develop new revenue generation strategies for the organization including social fundraising, planned giving and monthly giving.  Earlier in her career, Rachel was a consultant at Deloitte Consulting in the strategy & operations practice.

Rachel holds an MBA from the Yale School of Management and graduated Magna Cum Laude from Williams College with a BA in Mathematics and Economics.
