Hydie Kim Hudson is a Director at Social Finance, supporting the advisory services and impact investing teams.

Prior to joining Social Finance, Hydie spent over three years in East Africa with an agricultural microfinance social enterprise called One Acre Fund. As Director of New Ventures, Hydie developed scalable and impactful products and services for smallholder farmers, and managed projects and teams across sub-Saharan Africa. Hydie also worked in impact finance as a Summer Portfolio Associate at Acumen East Africa. Hydie began her career as a Strategy and Management consultant, advising Fortune 500 clients in various industries, including financial services, manufacturing, and consumer products.

Hydie holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, and a BA in Literature from Yale University.
