Abigail Schneider

Abigail Schneider is an Associate Director at Social Finance, supporting the impact investing and advisory services teams.

Abigail previously was the Director of Partnerships at Bhamstrong, the City of Birmingham’s COVID-19 response team. While there, she built a workforce development program, which rapidly re-employed individuals facing economic insecurity due to the pandemic. Before joining Bhamstrong, Abigail founded and led a non-profit focusing on racial and criminal justice reform in Alabama.

Abigail sits on the board of the Jefferson County Memorial Project and holds a BA in Philosophy and History from Yale University.

In our work, we build policy that puts participants first. We aim to increase equitable program access while decreasing administrative burdens for program engagement.
