Tracey Hsu is an Associate Director, supporting the Social Investment and Advisory Services teams. Prior to Social Finance, Tracey was a Junior Professional Associate at the World Bank, where she supported the development of poverty reduction and economic management programs in Latin America and the Caribbean. Tracey has also advised international financial institutions on corporate strategy, operations, and fiscal management while working for the U.S. Treasury Department’s Office of Multilateral Development Banks. Earlier in her career, Tracey cultivated her passion for building interdisciplinary, multi-stakeholder partnerships while working at the White House and the Mayor’s Office of New York City. Tracey holds a Masters in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, and a B.S. in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University.
