Seb Nazary is the Federal Grants Manager at Social Finance. He is responsible for developing and overseeing award management for federally-funded programs, as well as designing systems and processes that streamline fund management in compliance with governing rules and regulations.
Prior to joining Social Finance, Seb managed a mix portfolio of funds of up to $33 million dollars for international nonprofit organizations CARE International, Development Alternatives, Inc. and Creative Associate International, where he was responsible for pre-award, post-award and implementation management of large- and medium-scale grants aimed at improving good governance, community economic development, economic growth and local stability. These programs were funded by several donor agencies including the United States Agency for International Development (USAID), European Commission and the U.S. Department of Agriculture.
Seb is a Fulbright scholar and holds a Master of Arts in International Economics and Finance from Brandeis International Business School and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Kabul University.
