As a change-maker at the forefront of the PFS field and the impact investing industry, the new Managing Director will inspire a movement and lead an exceptionally talented team to realize our mission to mobilize capital to drive social progress. Reporting to the Managing Director of Social Investment, the Vice President of Accounting and Finance will oversee the development and management of the firm’s finance department (Controller, Assistant Controller, Staff Accountant) for Social Finance and its 11 subsidiaries and affiliates.
The Director role at Social Finance oversees projects within the advisory and social investment
practices, spanning across issue areas, clients, and jurisdictions. Directors are expected to oversee
multiple client-facing projects at once, serve on the firm’s management team, provide input into
commitments committee decisions and develop and coach Associates and Associate Directors.
The Associate Director will be an integral part of the national Social Finance team, with significant project management responsibilities. Associate Directors may be asked to contribute to a variety of the firm’s offerings, including pipeline development, project origination and execution, performance management, and advisory services.

The Senior Researcher, based at the Impact Weighted Accounts Initiative, incubated by Social Finance
US, will work directly with Professor George Serafeim of the Harvard Business School as a principal
researcher in the area of environmental, social, governance (ESG) valuation and financial reporting –
specifically supporting the research and development of impact weighted accounts.
